Delivery

  • Courier within Malaysia = Pos Laju
  • Delivery time West Malaysia 4-5 working days. Sabah & Sarawak 2-3 working days.
  • Delivery time for international orders 3-7 working days depends on customer location.
  • Disclaimer for loss or damage as well as delay of delivery time caused by courier; courier responsible.
  • Customers will get email notification within 48 hours after delivery.
  • Customers can track order on Pos Laju Website.

Processing Customer Order

  • Customer’s orders will be ready wihtin 1-2 working days.
  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be posted out on the next working day.
  • If any item is out of stock we will arrange a refund or exchange for those items.
  • If applicable, we may give customers the option to wait for us to ship the item once new stock arrives.

Customs Fee and Duties

  • Delivery charges do not include the importation charges, taxes and duties by customs. Customer will bear the cost.

  • Sabah: RM6.00
  • Free shipping for orders above RM350 (Malaysia only).
  • International Delivery will be charged based on the customer’s country zone.

Return

  • Item must be returned within 3 days of purchase with original receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Customer to provide with name and address.
  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.
  • The refunds will be reflected in your bank account 2 – 3 working days depending on the issuing bank.
  • We will refund the purchase price but the delivery cost will not be refunded.
